    Returns Policy

    Savvy Appliances is committed to customer satisfaction, & we want to ensure that your online shopping experience is quick & easy.

    If you receive an item that fails within the first 14 days, we will swap it free of charge and cover any delivery charges incurred. If your product is faulty please contact our Customer Care Team to be issued with a Return Authorisation & details on where to send your item.

    All products purchased come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. Your Tax Invoice will serve as proof of purchase for any warranty claim. Warranty claims should be taken up directly with the manufacturer.

    How can I pay for my product?

    We accept MasterCard, VISA, AMEX (3% surcharge).

    For your convenience we are also able to accept Direct Deposit. Please contact out Customer Care Team for more details.

    Currently we do not offer any Finance or Lay-by Options.


    Every products purchased comes with a full a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty for each product is clearly outlined next to each product. In the case of a claim all warranty issues should be taken up directly with the manufacturer.

    Extended warranties can also be purchased, & cover offers protection for a period in addition to the cover offered by the manufacturer. At the time of purchase we will email you your Extended Warranty documentation, including all contact details should a claim arise.

    Do you deliver Interstate?

    Yes we are able to ship to any location in Australia. All deliveries are bar coded, GPS tracked & fully insured against damage.

    Please Note: For deliveries outside of the Sydney Metro area our couriers do not currently offer installation or 'take way old' services. In addition due to recent Insurance and OH&S requirements they will deliver items to your front doorstep only, and are not permitted enter a customers house.

    Can I pick my product up?

    Due to OH&S safety requirements pickups are NOT permitted from our warehouse locations.

    What happens if my Product is faulty?

    It sounds obvious, but please first check that your product is correctly plugged in and connected. Also, read the installation instructions included in the manual.

    A product is considered faulty if it does not work when first taken from its packaging or it shows signs of failure. If your product is faulty please contact our Customer Care Team & we will facilitate a swap over.

    Are all deliveries insured?

    Yes. All our deliveries are also fully insured against any damage. If your delivery arrives with any damage, please have the courier immediately note it on their paper work & call our Customer Care Team.

    Can my delivery be left at my door?

    All deliveries need to be signed for and photo ID produced to prove your identity. If you will not be home for your scheduled delivery please ring our Customer Care Team.

    Do I need to show ID?

    For security reasons all deliveries require a valid Australian photo ID to be presented. Please note that if you do not present a valid photo ID, or the name on your Savvy Appliances Invoice does not match your ID our drivers will not release the goods, and you may be charged for re-delivery.

    Promotion & Redemption Offers?

    All products purchased from Savvy Appliances are entitled to take part in manufacturer promotions and redemption offers. Redemption offers are through the manufacturer and may have a postage/handling charge involved. We strongly recommend that you read the manufacturers T&C for further details and promotional dates.

    Our state of the art systems and procedures ensure the highest standards of security are used to protect your personal information. Credit card payment details are never stored on our website or within our internal database system.
